[코세코 디자인&프레스(小瀬古文庫)]는 코세코 토모유키와 야파 코세코가 운영하는 일본 그래픽 디자인 스튜디오로, 비주얼 커뮤니케이션 디자인을 전문으로 합니다. 심리학, 철학, 기호학에서 영감을 받아 생물학적 모방과 시각적 지각에 관한 디자인 실험을 진행합니다. 아시아 아트북 페어와 전시회에 참가하여 시각 작업을 선보이고 있습니다. 또한 ‘성장하는 출판’이라는 콘셉트를 바탕으로 소량 인쇄를 통한 다빈도 재발행 작업을 하고 있습니다. 새로운 니즈를 충족시키기 위해 디자인과 콘텐츠를 지속적으로 업데이트하고 있습니다. 최근 전시로는 «KG+ 세미픽션(2023, 교토)»과 «아침의 천문학(2022, 선전)»이 있으며, 2020년에는 «UNKNOWN ASIA»에서 심사위원상을 수상하기도 했습니다. 지금까지 참가한 아트북 페어로는 «도쿄 아트북페어»(도쿄), «ab카트북페어»(상하이, 베이징), «언리미티드 에디션»(서울), «언폴드 아트북페어»(상하이, 베이징), «타이페이 아트북페어»(타이페이), «BreakOff 아트북페어»(타이중) 등이 있습니다(2023년 기준).
[KOSEKO DESIGN&PRESS (小瀬古文庫)] is a Japan based graphic design studio by Tomoyuki Koseko and Yafa Koseko, specializing in visual communication design. Inspired by psychology, philosophy, and semiotics, they conduct design experiments related to biological mimicry and visual perception. They showcase their visualizations through participation in Asian art book fairs and exhibitions. They also do high-frequency reprints with small-lot printing based on the concept of “growing publication”. They continue to update the design and content to meet new needs. Some recent exhibitions include «KG+ semi-fiction (2023, Kyoto)» and «Astronomy in Breakfast (2022, Shenzhen)». They also won the Jury Prize at «UNKNOWN ASIA» in 2020. Art book fairs they have participated in the past include «TokyoArtBookFair» (Tokyo), «abCartBookFair» (Shanghai and Beijing), «UnlimitedEdition» (Seoul), «UnfoldArtBookFair» (Shanghai and Beijing), «TaipeiArtBookFair» (Taipei), «BreakOffArtBookFair» (Taichung) (as of 2023).
